Upon delivery, please inspect all items thoroughly for any damages. Please note that ENT Cabinetry will deny refund requests if the product has been assembled or installed.

Once an order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Accessories, toe kicks, fillers, and moldings are non-refundable. Acceptable returns must be:

• Unopened RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) cabinets.
• In their original, pristine condition.
• Subject to the 25% restocking fee.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your order accurately reflects your requirements and discussions with our team. By paying an ENT Cabinetry invoice, you agree to all terms and conditions listed above.

Order Fulfillment & Replacements Estimated arrival dates for out-of-stock cabinets may vary due to multiple logistical factors. We are committed to working with you promptly to fulfill your order. If a specific cabinet does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a refund for that specific item or assist you in selecting an alternative size as a replacement.

Important Timeline: Requests for replacements or claims regarding your order are valid for 30 days after the order is received.
